Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear your Muscle+ arrived quickly and was easy to order. Sometimes it can take a little time for dogs to get used to a new supplement, so we recommend starting with a tiny amount and gradually building up. If you’d like any support with introducing Muscle+ or finding the best way to use it, please email support@prodograw.com and one of our experts will be happy to help. Best wishes Team ProDog

Hi David, Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you’re happy with the quality of the food, although we’re sorry to hear about the condition of the boxes when they arrived. We completely understand your concern about the food being soft to the touch, particularly when the delivery has only just arrived. Our packaging and ice levels are designed around the weather and expected transit time, but we appreciate that warmer conditions can affect how quickly the food begins to thaw, and we’ll certainly take your comments about the ice pack on board. If your food is still cold to the touch, it can generally be placed straight into the freezer. However, if you’re ever concerned about the temperature or condition of your delivery, please email our support team at support@prodograw.com with some details and photos, and we’ll be happy to help. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Best wishes Team ProDog

Hi Noel, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We’re absolutely delighted to hear that Taz loves ProDog Exotic and, even more importantly, that you’ve seen such a fantastic improvement in his stools. It sounds like you’ve found a food that really suits him. We completely understand your frustration around the availability of Venison and Goat. We really appreciate the feedback and will certainly take your comments on board. I can see you’ve previously had a consultation with our nutritionist, so please do get back in touch with us at support@prodograw.com to discuss Taz’s protein options with our nutritionist once again. It may be that, as Taz’s needs have changed, we can now increase the range of proteins available to him and give you a little more variety. We’re so pleased Taz is thriving on ProDog and that you’ll be continuing with us. Thank you for your continued support. Best wishes Team ProDog
