Pitchup.com We have spoken to this this site who have informed us that you were contacted for the balance by phone three days after your booking was made but we they were only given a home phone number for you and were unable to reach you. An email was then sent to you as a reminder to pay the remaining balance for your holiday. This was sent to confirm the balance due date, the amount, and to advise that payment on arrival was not accepted.
