Thank you for your feedback. We have spoken to both campsites today and in both cases our booking confirmation was unfortunately mislaid by the campsite (you will see from the top of your confirmation email that both were sent to the campsite's address). We do have an online portal where all bookings can be viewed at all times and we have reminded both campsites about this. Regarding your deposit, both campsites have assured us that any overcharge has been refunded in full but have been in touch with you today to confirm / rectify this. Thank you for your feedback. Loch Tay Holiday Park is indeed on the banks of Loch Tay: currently distances are shown 'as the crow flies' (44 miles from Glasgow) but we are working on distances by more common modes of transport! We hope you enjoy your holiday. Pitchup.com
