Thank you for your feedback and please accept my apologies for the delay with your order. Your pallet truck was shipped out on the day that you ordered it but our carriers (DX Freight) mis routed it. It was then returned to your local depot but instead of re delivering to you, they sent it back to our Redditch site in error. We then shipped out a replacement for a Saturday AM delivery. Please be assured that this not the way Parrs normally operate, we pride ourselves in offering an excellent level of service. We have passed on your complaint onto our carriers and await a response.
