Thank you for your feedback, we will pass your comments onto our logistics team. I can assure you that we use mainly Parcelforce or DX Freight to ship our our goods. Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the issue with your order. Having looked into this, I can assure you that a faulty one was not shipped out, the original Distribution Trolley was not damaged but must have been used by the carries which marked the wheels. We were them promised by our supplier that a replacement would be shipped out but this did not material straight away. Once a replacement had been manufactured, this was delivered personally by one of our production managers.
