Occasional outages on the whole quickly mended. Expensive but terrific speeds.

The speeds are consistent and reliable. We don't have to think about it or be constrained by what we can or cannot do using our broadband

Better communication with customers
I had to wait six weeks for an explanation as to why I was cut off for two days. This is simply not good enough.

Hate seeing all the Retail offers I'm not allowed.
Not allowing current customers take up retail offers isn't a good look.
