WPoor customer service. Was also told to speak to Sky re Q Box ISP issues
75 characters isn’t enough to explain but poor response, time to issues, if at all. When they did come back to me I think I got cut off before the conversation had finished as the box had been ticked

Keeps showing loading sign and freezing tv
Service is great when it works but im getting a lot of pauses like when watching bbciplayer. It freezes up or does the loading symbol.

Okay company, okay product, nothing exceptional
Broadband generally works as you would expect. I can't give 4 or 5 stars as your pricing is a bit high and your broadband doesn't reach through the whole of my house I have to use and extender.
