Customer service not helpful at all. Dealt with hotel directly and resolvrd
Bad customer experience. Wanted to charge extra to amend room which was the same price. Contacted hotel and they did it straight away - no extra charges. Destination2 wanted me to pay

Miss Bhad we do not book directly with the hotel but via a third party supplier and suggest you ensure that our pre travel customer service team are advised of this via the normal channels so that they may inform the supplier to avoid any issues upon arrival. It is correct otherwise that there are charges applied to amend a booking as per our terms and conditions which you accepted when booking.
