Never booked a holiday elsewhere when our full names have not been put on the tickets to agree with our Passports despite querying this with them. Hope we don't have issues at the airports!!

We regret you feel that this warrants such a low review of our service, the process may not be as you have experienced before but the information given has been correct.
Good deal but stressful booking. Flights weren't available after booked and paid. So changed them but then board basis was booked wrongly. Took days of chasing and customer services were beyond...

Hello Kerry thank you for your comments here, it certainly does not appear to be that your booking arrangements have gone as smoothly as usual. We are sorry for any issues, as you know when booking online the arrangements are only a request and subject to confirmation as in the case of your flights. We will address internally the content of your review for any improvement and escalate the refund aspect.

Still awaiting my refund. No emails. Voicemails. hardly an escalation. Booked holiday on 18th May so sufficient time to actio.n. Really poor. Service overall. I Have amended my score accordingly Avoid. I'm also advised that the company should not be charging an admin fee for Amex as any charges like this should be then administered to all cards. I am investigating this advise further to gain clarity. Send me the money you owe me.

Ms Weller we are sorry you have amended your review rating due to not receiving a refund, this was actually done on 15 June and should be within your account. Please do contact our customer service team via the normal channels as they can provide codes to assist your bank if they have not yet deposited the funds, these have certainly left us.

The website is great. Prices were competitive. Booking was very user friendly. After sales ommunication with agent to change aspects of booking was bad. Cheaper and easier to cancel and buy again....
