This was a rating related to an interaction of nearly one yaer ago. At the time the reason was that I haven't received an appropriate feedback from the interview from the person I had dealt with. After insisting I had some feedback and I had no possibility to further dialogue as I had requested. However, I have had an interaction recently and I was called for one poition, I don't think that they have ever submitted an application for that specific position (despite me asking esplicitally and never receiving an answer). Basically so far I notice that the moment you are interested as you see the possibility of earning the commission you are very contactable-this changes very quickly once the things don't go as you would like or if you see a better suited candidate. I know this is a business for you however when people are looking for jobs may be an improtant step in their life. not all agencies act like that (I have experience with many)
