Thanks Helena, it was a pleasure to meet you at our Assessment Day and great that we quickly got traction with you in the market even prior to attending our Graduate Training Academy. With two offers in quick succession I know it was a difficult choice between the two, but once you have gained experience I am sure we will have the opportunity to work with you again and will keep in touch.

It was unfortunate the Client didn’t contact you at the scheduled time after we rearranged the interview at your request due to you being unwell. Our normal protocol is to look to find out the problem from the Client and rearrange the call to ensure you remain in the process. However, having received an immediate email from you withdrawing yourself from the process to concentrate on other roles elsewhere, we did not push for this. We acknowledge we should have provided a response and apologies for the delay. We have since spoken and are continuing to discuss alternative opportunities.
