We were put on the 3rd deck with all the lorry trailers, as they thought we were a a a van and trailor which we were not we were a car and trailer with a dog on board they did however apologise for...

Fast, quiet and relaxing.
Travelled on Condor Liberation to Guernsey. Very comfortable and quiet. Service was great. Easy check in and lovely upper deck to enjoy the sun.

The e ticket for my outbound passage was not issued, the ferry was late on the return journey. This has been my experience on my most recent trip and most of my other trips since Liberation started....

Good Service overall.
We now use Club Class to travel & much prefer this way, Condor staff extremely Professional, Smart, Welcoming from Port Checkin to 'on board' in all ship's areas. We however did miss the chicken...
