Good journey, efficient on-boarding and off-boarding.

We are sorry you had these seating issues on your recent sailing with us, unfortunately at this time we do not accept seat allocations but will of course accept a request. Very satisfied in general
The only complaint is that their food was not as varied as it could have been. And on the way back I could not get a Daily Mail, or any magazine.

On this occasion everything went very smoothly on both crossings between Pool and Guernsey. A little late leaving Guernsey but this was explained and accepted.
