We understand your frustration and disappointment in not receiving the item you purchased. We take full responsibility for the slip-up on our end and assure you that this is not something that would normally happen.
As this was a sale item with limited stock our system was showing we had one left, but after double checking, we unfortunately didn't. We did process your refund as soon as possible on the 10th but unfortunately, the cancellation email wasn't communicated.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by not communicating that we could not fulfil your order and not informing you of the cancellation.
Again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
