Thank you for your feedback and your continued custom. We are delighted to hear that you love our kiln dried logs and will continue to purchase them from us in future. Your honest feedback regarding the crate has been taken into account. We appreciate that moving from a bulk bag to a crate can be an adjustment, especially in terms of storage. The crates are designed to keep the logs well-ventilated and protected during transport, and unlike many standard pallets, every part of the crate is fully burnable — meaning there’s no waste left behind. Your feedback has been passed along to the team and we look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Excellent product and service

Excellent as always. Been a customer for many years. The pallet delivery was quick and easy and I think better than the bags. I have bags to return so not too sure how I do that now as the pallet...

Thank you for your kind words and 5 star review! We are thrilled that you had such a positive experience! It's great to hear that you thought that Palletline delivery service was so quick and easy - I will be sure to pass this feedback on to them. The bulk bag return scheme has unfortunately ended for a number of reasons which you can read about on our blog post here: https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/blogs/news/why-are-we-removing-our-return-your-empty-bulk-bag-service Please note that our bulk bags are made of 100% recyclable flexi-plastics - just check with your local council to make sure that they are accepted at roadside collection in your area. Thank you for choosing us and for letting us know how we did. Best wishes, Hayleigh
