Thank you for your feedback on our 40 bag pallet. We're delighted to hear you were happy with your purchase of our kiln dried logs and the great service you received from our team. We work hard to deliver a smooth and pleasant experience, and it’s wonderful to know we succeeded. We had to change the pallet sizes for logistical reasons and this was not a decision taken lightly. Our new pallet sizes are 40, 60 and 70 bags on a pallet. Alternatively, we offer kiln dried logs in bulk bags and crates so it may be worth taking a look to see if there is another suitable option if the small bags are no longer working for you. Thank you for your feedback and for rating our kiln dried logs so highly. I have contacted the courier and although the notes on the order requested a 7.5 tonne vehicle, they are not always readily available. Your order was manifested as a small vehicle and a 12 tonne lorry (still a standard small vehicle but the next lorry size up) was used instead in this instance. As Palletline are contracted to do a kerbside delivery, it is likely that the lane would have been blocked for a short time even if they arrived in a 7.5 tonne vehicle. Going forward we will change the notes to ensure they arrive in a 7.5 tonne lorry, then if this is not the case, we can be of more assistance on the day.
