i have only just become a member of your sevice and i have had to send some of the items back twice the first time because the the jacket that i had ordered was a large and not a medium and the sissor clamp that i ordered was just a clamp so i contacted yourselfs and you sent a prepaid envolope so i sent this back which you replaced with a medium jacket and this is for my wife who is just starting fishing and with trying it on found that a medium was 4 inchs to long on the arms and looked like a barrel so i tried this on and knowing that i am a Xlarge in most of my cloths found this would fit me ? and the clamp sissors was still just a clamp so with this i have sent these items back and asked for you to return my membership money as if this is the service i think i shall go somewere else Jason

Thank you for your comments. Sadly as with most things recently, our prices have had to increase, although we will always try and keep them as low as possible. Please also remember that we also offer a price matching service, so if you ever see the same product for sale anywhere else for less, we will endevour to match it.
