Tracking suggests a week to dispatch item and now with Royal Mail…..

Hi,
I am sorry to read your review below with regards to the shipping time until you received your order. As you may be aware, Royal Mail are undergoing a series of strike action that are effecting many businesses across the UK including ours. We ship all of our free shipping orders using a Tracked 48 hour delivery service with Royal Mail. Unfortunately we are currently contracted with Royal Mail in order for them to ship a high percentage of our orders with them, and therefore when our shipments are dispatched from our warehouse we are in our couriers hands in order to deliver on time and to the service we have paid for (Tracked 48 Hour).
At present Royal Mail are advising their customers that their tracking system is undergoing delays, however once the items have been scanned at the relevant Royal Mail DC's, the tracking numbers will become live for their customers to track.
We fully understand this is very frustrating to all of our customers of which we sincerely apologize for, and therefore we are all hoping that the strike action will be resolved soon.
Bought a changing bag that arrived without all the parts included, rang numerous times and told to send emails which I did and they still haven’t sent the missing straps out and do not respond to...

Hi,
I am sorry to read your recent feedback with regards to your purchase. With regards to your replacement pushchair clips, we were aware of your emails and telephone calls, however at the time we were waiting for spares to arrive from our factory in which to immediately despatch as soon as they arrived. For your information, your replacement straps were sent Thursday last week and hopefully they should be with you now. I sincerely apologise if the communication was not as expected and I have liaised with our service team in which to improve in the future.
