Hi,
Many thanks for your review below and we are glad that you like your new changing bag.
With regards to delivery, we apologize that this took longer than expected, however this is due to the current Royal Mail strike action currently going on at present. This is seriously disrupting many businesses here in the UK and unfortunately due to the contract situation we have with Royal Mail in using their services, we are therefore unable to use other suppliers. We are all hoping the strike action is resolved soon so that normal delivery times move back to normal as we do use a free delivery tracked 48 hour delivery service on all orders.
Awful service. Item ordered 9/12 and should have been shipped 12/12. It seems they forgot to dispatch order and after a reminder have posted 16/12 but will no doubt not arrive in time for Christmas...

I am very sorry to read your review below as we try to pride ourselves on our great customer service.
With regards to shipment of your changing bag, as it is noted on our website, dispatch would be taking place on the 12th December when new stock arrives with us. Unfortunately due to a small shipping delay beyond out control this has taken a few days more than we expected of which we apologize. However, this particular item has now been delivered and shipped accordingly, and therefore your order has not been forgotten. Furthermore, should any of our customers not been able to wait for their order, we would of course supplied them a full and immediate refund without delay.
With regards to the product review request, this is an automated email that is sent to all of our customers and therefore I would not expect any of our customers to review the product without receiving this first. This is something I will be taking up with Feefo in order to find ways of moving the review dispatch emails to our customers accordingly.

With regards to the product review, I fully understand that a review cannot take place without the product to review. As stated in the service response, this is an automated email sent to our customers who have purchased directly to us.
