We apologise for any confusion with the change of address, but from time to time we are subject to additional security checks to protect the cardholder before sending out items and we were required to do this in your case as there were two different countries for billing and delivery address. Work addresses offer additional security checks, so we're pleased we could accommodate a delivery to your office.
