I'm sorry your lights were lost in the post. As was explained to you by email, items are not deemed lost until 15 working days have past from the day after the expected day of delivery.
I have processed your refund in full today as I explained I would in my email on 29 January.
Unfortunately, we are sold out of the lights you ordered so I was unable to send a replacement.
