Excellent repair
The car was returned on time and the fit and finish were fantastic. Swap over from the courtesy car to my vehicle was s seamless. Couldn’t have been happier.

I have been a fan of Volvo and appreciate that bundling the car and the same brand "Insurance Company" together is an emotional purchase... Never again!

Called on the Monday after my bump and that was the end of me having to make any calls. Every call after that was either from Volvo Insurance or the repairer Stuart Rodden

Difficult to contact
It was difficult to contact the insurance company but the repair by Lloyd Volvo was fine
