With a lifetime policy, your renewal premium is calculated to offer you a further year of insurance from your initial start date with us. This means you are covered for a longer period of time for any conditions you may need to claim for.
All of the documents and communications sent to you will highlight any changes to your terms or to the business itself. If you feel you have not received these correctly, please contact the team on 0121 308 8685 who will be able to make sure all of your details are up to date and happy to assist with any queries you may have.
