Straightforward
Straightforward enough renewal. Annoying it goes up every year but have to accept inflation plus risk increase as dog get older

I don’t rate them. £500 bill only got £214 back. I payed for the gold one, so I wouldn’t need to worry about it. Messed me about for weeks. Told me lies blamed the vet. Did everything to not pay...

Hi There
Thank you for your feedback which we take very seriously. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover any admin fees that are added to your invoice by your vets for submitting the claim on your behalf. We do have access to an online portal where you can submit any claims directly to us in the hope these fees can be avoided.
Your excess is payable for each condition within each policy period. We can see that this has been deducted in line with the policy terms however the £150 is only charged once in each year.
We hope this explains things further, but if you do have any other queries, please let us know.
