It felt like a bit of a prison not being able to bring your own drink and there was noone there when we wanted a cup of tea or coffee at night

Easy to use
Very easy to use only downfall was that when booking a partner hotel it doesn't state you have to book the next days ticket you have to look in the help section for this

Free tickets limited use - obliged to buy next day tickets
Easy enough to book, but I was disappointed that I was not able to change the date on the free entry tickets to Thorpe Park. We have a good way to travel and the free tickets are not really much use...

Easy to book, bigger parties more difficult
Booking is easy on the website but if your in a party more then 6 people it gets complicated, both via the phone and website you will have to split up your party to book the wanted rooms for an...
