Good online but poor on the phone
The online service was very good as opposed to speaking to someone in person which was very poor. In person they were also trying to charge more

Rearranging my Thorpe Park short break .
I rang up to change the date of my booking because of ongoing concerns about Covid . The first Lady I spoke to ( Julie ) was very helpful , she checked for availability and prices for July / August...
