Didn't get a message from the courier and no parcel found. Thompson & Morgan were unable to replace the plants so full refund. Thank you.

Offering a voucher for plants dead on arrival is not on. Only after leaving a bad review online did they offer a refund. I won’t be buying again from this company as that was the last straw following
