The works are a reliable company. They always deliver on time and they are careful to package art materials correctly.

Prompt delivery, good value and quality. Just wished they would invoice schools as I had to pay on my own card and then wait to be repaid by school.

The stores are fine. But buying from the internet is a hassle. At the end if the transaction you are never sure what you have bought. Also the communication about delivery is poor.

Good prices, but took a week and a half for the order to arrive, which is poor compared to the majority of online shopping sites

Very pleased with the prompt service i received. I am still waiting for two of the items to arrive but the first item arrived in very good time. Will be using them again.

Although delivery was slower than expected I can't really complain as I didn't pay for. Package arrived badly wrapped and book damaged by second item (heavy clay).
