The goods are fine.....exactly as described & very good value. First delivery was a day late but the second came very quickly. Overall very pleased and I will use the Works again.

So far I've still not received my order, or a shipping confirmation despite ordering 12 working days ago. My confirmation email says to contact the Works if the order does not arrive in 14 working...

The delivery man left parcel outside the front door cos no one in , very lucky it wasn't stolen

delivery was a bit slow. It was within the time frame advised but still a bit slow - 5 days
