Fast efficient and good value

The items took ages to get to me and one of them arrived broken.

I would have preferred to have ordered the product then pick up in store especially as my daughter had a gift voucher which you cannot use on line. In terms of the on-line service, it was easy to use...

Good products but my order came in four different parcels,

It would be useful if parcel tracking info could be provided when available

Disgraceful service. Two books were not in stock and refunded. One item was damaged, one was dirty and one has not been received at all. I will not be using you again.
