Delivery came in 5 separate packages over more than a week which was very inconvenient as they were gifts, and an item was missing, which had to be refunded.

Its good quick service could do with a wider selection of books on outdoors etc for adults etc cheap books which is good to encourage people to keep reading but like I said a wider selection of books...
