However, when this happens, they do inform about their meet & greet procedures in the meeting point of the voucher, as it was in this case. This is how some of our local partners need to proceed according to the different airport's conditions, especially Schipol. We completely understand how confusing this may be for you and we truly want to compensate you for this hassle caused.
