We are delighted to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your time on board and the 3-day add-on. It's wonderful to know that Tony, Andre, Georgi, and the entire crew made your experience so organised, professional, and fun. We are also pleased that the food, drink, accommodation, and all services met your expectations. It's great to hear that Annecy, Lake Geneva, and Glacier 3000 was a wonderful tour, and that Nicolas's guidance, information, and organisation were so appreciated, including the thoughtful keepsake. We truly value your recommendation.

We are sorry to hear that the scenic experience of the cruise was not as you had hoped, and that there wasn't much to see on the riverside. We are delighted that you enjoyed the coach-based excursions, and particularly the Gorges d'Ardeche. It is also wonderful to hear that the service and facilities on board were excellent.
