Love Louche and great customer service.
Order items from Sale 4 in total and returned 3 due to them not fitting but the 4th item a Louche Shirt is lovely, great fit. I returned the 3 items and contacted Joy as had not heard anything...I...

Be careful when choosing a pickup place!
The shipping time was okay, but the hub it was sent to was not a nice collection place. Bad customer service, little care taken when handling the packages, and they forgot to send me the pickup code....

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry nobody got back to you- I have searched your email though and I can't see any emails so they may not have gotten through to us. Please can you email us again with the discount code you tried to use and your order number? This way we can refund you the discount amount if the code was in date when you tried to use it :) JOY x

Great service and delivery
