I had tried to ring and emailed a few times with a question re the insurances and once I emailed again i then got a response a few days later. but all in all have still purchased insurance.
They have weasled out of paying a claim blaming covirus for everything.

David, after 2 emails explaining the cancellation of our cruise & missed ports, your Cheza Baldos from assistance literally queried what was wrong with me as I did not agree with his findings. If you are able, read my 2 e-mails laying out the why our cruise was cancelled after 3 days on board. Reading several online posts from people in the industry, the main reason for the ports banning the ship from prorting was that there were 68 persons from Italy on board, not that we had any Covid-19 sufferers. Also read my thoughts on why the Insurance Certificate did not display any warnings about no insurance for corona virus.
I wasn’t able to take my trip to NZ because of closed borders. I was told I wasn’t eligible for a refund of my insurance policy with you, very poor. I won’t use you for my next trip.
