Best experience possible

Straightforward and clear at every step. The questionnaire was interesting
The email and text communication were both simple and concise. The questionnaire was ok but very slow to load and I didn’t get a confirmation that it had finished so I waited a little whole longer...

Application needs development
It was not a nice experience using the service. Often questions started popping up every 1 second and sometimes questions changed while the answer was being entered.
