Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear that you had difficulties with the parking arrangements. We do often have to use city centre locations for our research projects and always aim to provide details of all travel options in our joining instructions. We'll take on board your feedback and will look to ensure more detail for parking is provided at future projects.
