Unfortunately, your booking was made online and the flights confirmed immediately. Once confirmed the flights are subject to either 100% cancellation fees or amendment and fare difference charges. This is a matter over which we have no control. Our staff would give the best possible advice based on the information available to them on any live system. We regret that you were disappointed in the outcome of the change.

I would have given it a 5 star until I found out that the baggage that I have paid for hasn't been passed on to my tui flight and it has took me nearly most of the day to get through to your company...
