Customer service went above and beyond with our booking. Their was afew issues with booking but Matt from gem holiday sorted out extremely efficiently

Ok prices
I like holiday gems for there prices but the downside is when you book online for one price they say its only a reservation so when they called the next day to confirm they changed the holiday price
