service was good just a pity the price went up as i was about to book it,i still booked it as the price was still in my budget

Excellent, I made a mistake and booked the wrong dates, Holiday Gems responded quickly and changed my dates with the minimum of fuss and for a nominal charge.

Will 100% use again and recommend holiday gems
Really helpful when I had to extend my trip due to a family crisis.
Everything was done for me over the phone by customer services as I had on access to online method and also checked me in.
