The sales team were vey helpful in the Dudley store and the 2 delivery men were fantastic,really helpful could not do enough, put the feet on the sofa and took away all packaging.
Nothing but a total waste of time Cousins and there customer services,it was a joke from start to finish,they couldn't keep to there promise of delivery before 24/12/2011 had to wait until sometime...
