We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your purchase of a pillow. This is a very personal choice and every customers needs are different. Therefore, it makes it almost impossible for us to inform you which pillow is the best choice for you.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, all pillows are non returnable however we will of course endeavour to look after you should you return to purchase an alternative.
Great service. Nothing is too much trouble and we wouldn't go anywhere else. I'd genuinely recommend Cousins to anyone wanting choice,quality and service.
