Your bed was placed on back order by our supplier shortly after you had placed your order with us hence the reason for the delay in delivering to you. We did everything within our power to improve on the revised lead time and this is what instigated the supplier delivery direct to you some weeks later.
Please accept our apologies and we do hope that you will return for a more positive experience next time.
Attentive and friendly sales team .Efficient and accurate delivery arrangements. Delivery team phoned ahead to indicate actual delivery time and were polite and efficient.

We are sorry that you feel that you had a negative experience with our sales team. Your salesperson has been with our Company since we opened our Salford store in 2005 and it is very surprising to receive poor feedback.
Your comments will investigated further and dealt with in a positive and constructive manner.
I wish goods are delivered quicker. I also wish I did not have to pay a charge for using my credit card. There should also be an incentive by waiving the delivery fee over a certain minimum order...
