we are sorry that you were not happy with the service we provided. A large number of accessory items are available to take at the time of purchase however certain ranges are special order. Our records show that although you were quoted 6-8 weeks at pont fo sale, your mirror arrived within 3 weeks.
We are sorry about the £2 transaction charge for your credit card payment. We do accept debit card/ cash / cheque payments and there is no transaction fee associated to this form of payment.
