Your salesperson has been with us a number of years and it is most surprising to receive these comments.
We note that delivery was made within 3 days of ordering and we do not have any note following delivery regarding any damage to the glass panel.

We are sorry that your orignal sofa would not fit in to your property. All sofas are designed with standard door widths in mind however unfortunately we cannot legislate for different property layouts and so it is always the responsibility of the customer to ensure that we can access the room of choice.
I am pleased that we were able to assist in a reselection to a more suitably sized combination however your comments regarding members of our team will be investigated.
