There was a strong smell of leaking sewage in store on the day we ordered our item although this had no bearing on our order or how we were dealt with which in itself was very good
Cousins never let me down. Have taken my Mum there several times and was so impressed by the standard of help from the assistants and her purchase that I decided to shop for a nest of tables there....

We are sorry that you have given us negative feedback on our service.
We have checked a copy of your sales order with the store and the lead time quoted is an extended 20-22 weeks as the stock was on back order. We are sorry if you were informed a different lead time verbally at point of sale.
We understand that delivery was in fact completed in approximately 8 weeks which is within the lead time we would normally expect for this range when out of stock.
We are sorry for any misleading information and we are pleased that you are happy with your furniture following delivery.

Excellent help, service, delivery - all round great experience
Good service from staff instore explaining range of products and options. Products arrived in line with expectations given. Delivery men were prompt and efficient in bringing sofas into the house.
