I was very impressed with your office staff, there was a price difference between the shop and the net and they emailed me to say they would refund this over charge.

Excellent service. Just wish I didn't have to wait a week for goods to be in store.

Thank you for your feedback.
Due to high demand for some of our products we do occasionally need to transfer items between our stores and distribution centres in order to ensure our customers experience as swift and efficient a delivery service as possible.
We're pleased to see you were so happy with our service in store and hope you continue to enjoy your new items.

We ordered a number of items from Cousins, and were delighted with the service
Cousins Furniture is a furniture retailer based in the West Midlands and the North West of England. We have furniture and accessories for every room of the home and have something to suit every style and taste.
