Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are sorry that your order was delayed and that you are not happy with the level of service you received from us.
We have looked into your order and can only apologise for the lack of communication from the store. The refund you received on the delivery charge was intended as a gesture of goodwill and is not standard practice as the delivery times quoted are estimates and are subject to change by our suppliers, which is what happened in this case.
Once again we are sorry that you are unhappy with your experience with us and hope you will accept our apologies.

Very friendly staff, however bit of an error with delivery times but happily re arranged as their mistake. Delivery men very friendly and very good service recieved.
