No paperwork came with them. How do I return them?

The slippers I ordered are too big. I contacted the company several times to find out how to exchange them. I haven’t heard back. They are Molly Size 9.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you have found this style to be unsuitable. We can advise we offer a free returns service so if they are unsuitable they can be returned for a full refund. Although all of our footwear is the 6E width fitting some styles will accommodate more swelling than others and the fit can vary. My feet was swollen, the width of your shoe was great. the only problem I had was the length of the shoes. If the shoes had been a little longer they would have been prefect.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you experienced a problem with the length. You are able to return them to us free of charge for a refund. Unfortunately we do not do a larger size in this style. We have a limited section of styles that go to a size US 12. It would make them 1/2 an in longer in length.
