EXCELLENT

WHEN I CALLED EXPLAINING THAT I HAD TO RETURN THE SHOES YOUR REPRESENTATIVE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER. HE WAS POLIET AND TALKED ME THROUGHT THE PROCESS AND DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT.

We can see by the tracking that the return arrived at the hub in Buffalo NY on the 26.08.2025, unfortunately we are still awaiting the parcel to arrive back with us in the UK.
